In a medium bowl, toss your finely diced apples and berries with the maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and fresh lemon juice. Let the mixture sit for 3 minutes so the natural acid draws out the sugars, creating a built-in sauce base.
In a separate small bowl, combine the rolled oats, flour, chopped pecans, and brown sugar. Pour in the melted butter and stir vigorously with a fork until the mixture forms wet, clumpy, gravel-like crumbs.
Divide the macerated fruit filling equally between two grease-brushed, oven-safe ramekins or small silicone baking dishes. Pack the fruit down tightly, then distribute the oat crumble matrix evenly across the top of both dishes, completely insulating the fruit beneath.
