  • 2 large, firm-ripe avocados 🥑

  2. Set Up the Breading Station: 🥣 Arrange three shallow bowls side-by-side to create an assembly line:

    • Bowl 1: Mix the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    • Bowl 2: Whisk the eggs until completely smooth.

    • Bowl 3: Combine the Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
