Introduction
Classic Deviled Eggs are a timeless appetizer—creamy, tangy, and perfectly balanced. With a smooth, flavorful filling nestled inside tender egg whites and finished with a touch of paprika, they’re ideal for gatherings, holidays, or a quick protein-rich snack.
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon white vinegar or pickle juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Paprika, for garnish
Instructions
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes.
Transfer the eggs immediately to a bowl of ice water and let cool completely.
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Arrange the egg whites on a serving plate.
