Sticky Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe
2 racks (about 3-4 pounds total) pork baby back ribs or spare ribs
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha or other hot sauce (optional, for a little kick)
10 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated (optional, but highly recommended)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, for garnish
2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
