2️⃣ Parboil the Potatoes and Corn
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil.

Add:

Potatoes
Corn rounds
Cook for 10 minutes, just until they begin to soften.

This important step ensures the vegetables finish cooking at the same rate as the shrimp.

Drain thoroughly and allow excess moisture to evaporate.

3️⃣ Combine the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine:

Parboiled potatoes
Corn rounds
Raw shrimp
Smoked sausage
Sliced onion
Minced garlic
Mix gently to distribute the ingredients evenly.

4️⃣ Add the Butter and Seasonings
Pour the melted butter over the mixture.

Sprinkle with:

Salt
Black pepper
Old Bay seasoning
Toss thoroughly until every ingredient is coated with the buttery seasoning mixture.

Divide the seasoned mixture evenly among the four prepared foil sheets.

Place the ingredients in the center of each sheet.

6️⃣ Grill the Packets
Place the sealed packets directly on the hot grill grates.

Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.

After about 7 minutes, carefully flip each packet to promote even cooking.

The shrimp should become pink and opaque while the vegetables finish becoming perfectly tender.

7️⃣ Carefully Open and Serve
Remove the packets from the grill.

Allow them to rest for 2 minutes.

Carefully open each packet away from your face, as hot steam will escape.
